I'm Angel Vaquera Jr., an AI systems builder and software engineer based in Highland, Indiana — 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. I graduated Cum Laude from Ivy Tech Community College with an A.S. in Software Development (2024) and I'm finishing a B.S. in Computer Science at Purdue University Northwest, currently senior standing.
I build things that ship and hold up under real use. Terminal Monitor is a licensed commercial product on Gumroad with 180 passing tests. NeuroLinked is a working neuromorphic brain server simulating up to a million Izhikevich neurons, exposed via a REST API for persistent cross-session AI memory. Job Agent and Vibe OS follow the same standard: real tests, real usage, human control kept where it matters.
